  • Yes, work-life balance is important. We have hybrid working in place. Flexibility is sometimes required for business needs when there are periods of working to project milestones.

  • Parking available on-site. We are city centre. Walking distance to Snow Hill, Moor Street and Birmingham New Street railway stations.

  • Hours are 37.5 a week with an expectation to be in the office / online between 10am – 4pm. We are understanding to people’s needs and realise these vary from person to person.

  • Performance is regularly reviewed to offer training and promotion opportunities. We are a team of experienced individuals with the industry knowledge needed to scale up, each department offers individuals development and growth potential.
